Norm visits millwork expert David Baldwin in Millersville, Maryland, to observe the crafting of new wood casings modeled after original designs. In the basement, HVAC contractor Michael Bonsby wraps up the installation of a high-efficiency, two-stage gas furnace. Despite going over budget due to features like a curved staircase and an extra powder room, project director Elin Zurbrigg remains optimistic, having allocated a 10 percent buffer for unexpected costs.
