Architect Paul Rovinelli guides host Kevin O'Connor through a recently updated Dutch Colonial Revival that maximizes its compact space. Meanwhile, Tom enlists the help of homeowner Bill Pierce and his father, Bill Pierce, Sr., as they tackle the removal of old bookshelves and a plaster wall to access the new library addition.
