Episode Overview

As winter approaches, Kevin and Roger reflect on the exterior makeover of the farmhouse. Erik Kaminski joins Kevin to construct a unique closet using standard piping. Norm and Tommy explore the mudroom and living room, admiring Kristina's designs. Richard introduces Kevin to the state-of-the-art geothermal heating and cooling system. April and Kristina guide Kevin through the second floor. Meanwhile, Norm and Tommy discuss the building process with Erik and Mike Connor downstairs. The entire crew gathers in the kitchen to celebrate the successful completion of their project.
