Kevin O'Connor and Tom Silva observe a tech specialist discreetly placing sound speakers within the ceiling of the living room. Meanwhile, Richard Trethewey talks with the HVAC contractor about the streamlined improvements made to the outdoor condensers. The installation of side-mounted garage doors is completed. A preassembled pool is carefully set into the ground. In another part of the project, the interior designer and the homeowner reveal their selections for the kitchen's design features to Kevin.
