Tales from the Darkside (1984)

Episode Overview

A new student moves into a room belonging to a brusque anthropology professor who warns her against opening the small door at the back of her closet. Curiosity gets the better of her when she hears unsettling sounds, leading her to unlock the door. Inside, she discovers a strange, hairless monkey-like creature that attacks her. The creature then turns its attention to the professor, only for him to reveal that it is actually his deformed daughter, whom he cares for with deep affection.
