Marti faces an uneasy journey to the sectionals alongside the Hellcats, following her revelation about her encounter with Dan. Alice is taken aback when her father arrives to cheer her on during her performance. Confiding in Lewis, she admits she hasn’t revealed to her dad that she and Dan have split or that she’s been benched as a flier. To avoid disappointing him, Alice coerces Savannah into relinquishing her position by threatening to expose Savannah’s role in securing Memphis Christian a free pass to the sectionals.
