Once Makitaka gathers the victim's statement and Minamoto and Fuji catch sight of Yasuda exiting the house, it appears the case is nearing its conclusion. Yet, due to insufficient evidence, they must remain vigilant, which ultimately pulls Kawai and the rest of the team away from the ongoing investigation.
