Following an accident in the docking bays, the dock workers at the station initiate an unauthorized strike. Meanwhile, G'Kar seeks to participate in a Narn religious ritual but faces a challenge when he needs to locate a substitute for the G'Quan-Eth plant that was lost in the incident.
