Episode Overview

Title: Cold File Plot: With Jackie and Pete away for the night, Kate finds herself in charge of Bert, who stubbornly refuses to go to sleep. The next morning, overwhelmed by his hyperactivity, Kate resorts to giving him coffee. This results in an unusually lively Bert during soccer practice, but he ultimately succumbs to exhaustion later on. Meanwhile, Diane employs clever mind games to extract a confession from Warren and Hillary regarding a mishap that occurred in the house.
