Episode Overview

President Ordaz sets up a gathering with the student representatives via the Chief of the Presidential Office. Initially, the meeting seems fruitful, but Barrientos plots to undermine the progress made by instigating a feeling of "chaos" across the nation. Meanwhile, Beto attempts to help Alicia escape the city, aware that her safety is at risk, but quickly discovers that Barrientos has eyes everywhere, making their escape increasingly perilous.
