Episode Overview

Title: Witness to Truth Plot: After the shocking murder of a Muslim graduate student, Stone and his team take into custody his friend, also a Muslim student. This friend asserts that he killed his companion to thwart an impending terrorist act. As the trial unfolds, the jury is faced with the difficult task of determining if he is a cold-blooded murderer or a courageous savior.
