Kenneth finally reveals the truth to Alison and Jason regarding their ties to Charles, after previously deceiving them. Although he keeps specifics about Charles’ history to himself, he provides just enough information to guide the PLLs to a potential lead—Radley Sanitarium. With the facility now shut down and its records on the verge of being destroyed, the girls realize they need to move quickly to uncover Charles’ secrets. At the same time, Hanna feels suffocated by Caleb's overprotectiveness, while Spencer looks for a solution to her insomnia.
