Episode Overview

While Nell chats with Angie, her phone unexpectedly dies, and moments later, a man from the phone company snatches it away. Frustrated, Nell heads to the company to retrieve her phone, insisting she’s paid her bill. However, Mr. Swackhammer informs her that the computer lists her as “Ms. Fong” and claims she’s three months overdue. Angered, Nell yanks her phone back, leading to her arrest. In jail, Simpson struggles to take down Nell's information. She contacts Hamilton Storm, the local news reporter, who quickly arrives to expose her wrongful accusation. Shortly after, Mr. Swackhammer’s boss instructs him to drop the charges, and Nell is released. In a twist, she ends up with a bunch of new phones for her home, with Mr. Swackhammer now assigned as the “Telephone Installer.”
