Doc's parents share exciting news: she and Donny will soon have a new sibling through adoption. To help her prepare for babysitting, Doc's mom hands her a baby doll for practice. After trying out various nicknames, Doc settles on Chilly's idea of "Cutie Cute," but shortens it to "Cece McStuffins."
