Episode Overview

Ignoring Carrie’s instructions, Doug swipes $100 from the emergency fund jar to place a bet on a boxing match. After he and Deacon hit the jackpot and win $5,000, Doug panics at the thought of Carrie discovering his theft. To keep his secret safe, they decide to splurge the winnings on a lavish day out. Meanwhile, Carrie receives a job offer from the firm’s owner. However, when she finally gathers the courage to resign, she learns that the opportunity isn’t as solid as she had hoped.
