After the death of Doug and Carrie's neighbor, their sadness turns to excitement when they see the potential for profit from his vacant home. As they rush to finalize the purchase, they grow increasingly suspicious of another neighbor, Lou, whose peculiar approach to maintaining the deceased's lawn seems a bit too odd for comfort.
