Episode Overview

Charlie, Sam's friend from Brooklyn, comes to town just as Angela is busy working on a dog food advertisement. She convinces Sam to skip school for a day at the beach, but Tony catches them just as they're about to leave. In an attempt to keep Charlie in check, Tony contacts her mother, only to discover that she is indifferent and has no interest in having Charlie around.
