Episode Overview

After finishing beauty school, Al embarks on the journey of opening his own salon in Brooklyn with Tony’s assistance. However, Al's attitude towards clients quickly leads to dissatisfaction. When Tony confronts him about the need for a shift in his approach if he wants to succeed, Al feels disheartened and ultimately chooses to shut down the salon.
