Franklin and Bear decide to play at being secret agents, secretly recording their friends with a hidden tape recorder. Just as they are on the verge of uncovering an exciting secret, the recorder suddenly stops. Frustrated, Franklin and Bear push their antics to the next level, leading to unexpected consequences in their quest for information.
