Franklin (1997)

Episode Overview

Franklin becomes enamored with a shiny, new sailboat at Mr. Mole's shop, believing it to be superior to his worn-out older model. Growing impatient while waiting for his dad to repair his old boat, he decides to purchase the new one, only to discover that it looks better on land than it performs on the water. Meanwhile, Mr. Turtle manages to restore Franklin's original sailboat. In a gesture of appreciation, Franklin gifts the new boat to his father as a trophy for his hard work.
