Franklin (1997)

Episode Overview

Harriet adores her favorite story, The Happy Green Frog, and insists that Franklin read it to her repeatedly. At first, Franklin doesn’t mind, but as Harriet neglects her other books and keeps requesting the same one, he starts to feel overwhelmed and decides to stash it under some newspapers. Unfortunately, the newspapers are later picked up for recycling, taking the book with them! Determined to make Harriet happy, Franklin and Bear embark on an adventurous search across Woodland for a replacement. In the end, they come up with an imaginative way to resolve the issue.
