Blacky went into a frenzy upon hearing about Father Shiro's death, adamantly insisting that the exorcists were lying, while only Rin seemed able to comprehend her distress—likely due to their shared demon heritage. Just as Yukio prepared to use the item Father Shiro had entrusted to him for such a situation, Rin urged him to allow him to soothe Blacky first. Ultimately, Blacky came to terms with Father Shiro's passing, and Rin and Yukio discovered that the so-called item was actually just a bottle of catnip wine that Father Shiro had given to Yukio.
