Shura Kirigakure, a skilled Exorcist and former student of Father Shiro, is assigned to monitor Rin and uncover any ties he may have to Satan. Her mission includes the potential order to eliminate him if the evidence supports it. Torn between her duty and Shiro's wish for her to protect Rin in his absence, Shura grapples with her conflicting emotions. However, her uncertainty vanishes when she faces Rin and realizes that Shiro had been nurturing him as a son rather than treating him as a mere weapon.
