Yukio Okumura, Rin's younger twin and a First Class Intermediate Exorcist, is called to a crucial investigation meeting with the True Cross Order regarding Saburota Todo, the one who orchestrated the return of the Impure King. Feeling uneasy in the tense environment, Yukio reflects on the advice from his late adoptive father, Shiro Fujimoto. At the same time, the Exwires are assigned to exorcise "Mayuko of the Toilet." However, Izumo Kamiki harbors a lingering resentment towards Shiemi Moriyama.
