Room 222 (1969)

Episode Overview

A masked figure known as Paul Revere begins to make his presence known on the school rooftops, showering students with dry trash while delivering anti-litter messages. One teacher begins to suspect the identity of this vigilante, noticing that he’s the only student passionate about both anti-littering and Paul Revere. The teacher discreetly encourages him to advocate for his cause in more traditional ways. In a final act, "Revere" returns to the rooftops, sending down a paper airplane that carries a poem warning, "So don’t litter, my children, or you’ll hear of the return of Paul Revere."
