Episode Overview

Ambitious politician Ron Brown knocks on Mona's door seeking support for his campaign and is immediately drawn to her. Encouraged by Phyllis, he asks Mona out, and they set a date. However, Mona soon discovers that Big Dee Dee has already planned a date between Ron and her sister Dee Dee, who have been friends since childhood. The sisters are conflicted about dating the same guy, but their moms assure them it will be fine, claiming it's unlikely both would hit it off with Ron. As Phyllis and Big Dee Dee turn the situation into a rivalry, Mona and Dee Dee agree to prioritize their sisterhood and stop seeing Ron. Yet, both women secretly continue to date him behind each other's backs.
