Episode Overview

Eager to gain her father's approval, Dee Dee decides to intervene with a tenant who hasn't paid rent in months, despite his disapproval. When the tenant retaliates by threatening to reveal numerous building code infractions linked to Dee Dee's apartment, she realizes she needs a new strategy. Meanwhile, Mona is hesitant to take her mother out for a fun day, feeling overwhelmed as Phyllis frequently appears at her favorite spots, attempting to play matchmaker among the other guests.
