Centennial (1978)

Episode Overview

In the late 1800s, Hans Brumbaugh rallies the farmers in their struggle against the affluent ranchers and cattlemen led by Oliver Seccombe. Messmore Garrett moves to Centennial, bringing with him thousands of sheep and intensifying the rivalry with the cattlemen. The newly appointed sheriff, Dumire, finds himself unable to quell the escalating conflict on both fronts. Meanwhile, Charlotte Buckland, daughter of a British owner of the Venneford Ranch, arrives in America and unexpectedly finds herself falling for Seccombe.
