Milo and his friends embark on a mission to rescue the antique clock at City Hall, a creation of Melissa's great-grandmother. At the same time, Doofenshmirtz sets out to assist the city by getting rid of the gum stuck to the sidewalks, all while Agent P keeps a watchful eye on his antics.
