Cleo can hardly contain her excitement when a rich Sheikh arrives in town, especially since he brings along his charming feline companion. However, Riff-Raff is less than thrilled when the royal entourage makes off with his girlfriend. This prompts the gang to spring into action and embark on a mission to save her from the clutches of the wealthy visitors.
