Nestled in Novi Sad, Serbia, the Petrovaradin Fortress stands as Europe’s largest intact stronghold, brimming with tales waiting to be uncovered. The GHI team is eager to explore its rich history, guided by Alen Panikovic from the fortress museum. He takes them through the expansive grounds, showcasing a prison, barricade areas, an execution wall, and an extensive 16-kilometer tunnel network. Due to the fortress's sheer size, their usual gear won't suffice, but Paul ingeniously creates a handheld rig that allows each investigator to carry DVs, audio recorders, and EMF detectors. Cautioning them about potential hazards like collapsing tunnels, Barry prepares the team for their adventure.
