Episode Overview

The Brewsters arrive in Beverly Hills to construct their new house on a lot they recently acquired, hoping to keep their plans hidden from the Clampetts. Meanwhile, the Clampetts are preparing to return to the Hills. When they inform Drysdale of their intentions, he inadvertently spills the Brewsters' secret. Drysdale later confesses to the Brewsters about his slip, justifying it as an effort to protect the Clampett oil account, which now necessitates a visit to the Clampetts.
