Episode Overview
Title: The Holiday Gift Plot: During Christmas, Granny is feeling down and lacks holiday cheer. Jed, Jethro, and Elly reminisce about the joys of their past and decide to spread some cheer in Beverly Hills. Jethro takes on the role of Santa at a department store, while Elly helps him out as an elf. Jed finds himself at the sporting goods counter, and Granny is stationed in the lingerie section. Earlier, Mr. Drysdale had asked Jethro to dispose of some old clothes, leading him to mistakenly believe the Drysdales were financially struggling. When Mrs. Drysdale came to the store, Granny secretly added some nightgowns to her bag, resulting in Mrs. Drysdale's arrest by the store detective. Upon her return from the police station, the Clampetts surprise her with a heartfelt gesture, having bought back her belongings as a Christmas gift.
