Episode Overview

Granny is busy getting ready for the battle at the Culpepper plantation. Meanwhile, General Grant shows up, nursing a hangover. Mr. Drysdale has dressed as a Southern general, with Miss Jane serving as his aide. When the Clampetts arrive, the battle is already underway. As General Grant rides down the hill, Granny takes her shot and knocks him off his horse. He gets back up, only for her to shoot him down again! Finally, he makes it to the porch, and Granny, never one to skip her doctoring, tends to him with some first aid from her jug. Unbeknownst to the Clampetts, it's just a movie reenactment and not the real General Grant.
