Episode Overview

Furious after receiving a rent increase notice from his landlord, Mr. Johnson, Ralph decides to go on a rent strike, much to Alice's dismay, in an attempt to "teach Johnson a lesson." However, with winter in full swing, things take a turn for the worse when the landlord cuts off heat, water, and electricity, leaving Ralph to realize that he might be the one facing the consequences of his actions.
