Ralph is eager to become the new Assistant Traffic Manager at the bus terminal, believing he has earned this promotion through his hard work. To secure the position, he aims to win over Mr. Harper, the decision-maker. After starting a conversation with Harper, Ralph, with Norton's assistance, manages to land a golf date with him.
