Episode Overview

Mr. Marshall, Ralph's employer, gets a brand new pool table from his wife for his birthday. Knowing Ralph is skilled at the game, he invites him over that evening to learn the "basics" of pool. When Norton arrives, Marshall extends the invitation to him as well. Ralph views this as a chance to impress his boss, but during the evening, Norton manages to leave a strong impression on Marshall, who then offers him the position of Bus Driver Supervisor at the company—the very job Ralph has been wanting for quite some time.
