When area manager Razz Prince, known for his lackluster attitude, shows up at the store, tension fills the air. To make matters worse, someone has labeled Lance as boring. Determined to change perceptions, the Store Manager sets out to show the team that he’s the life of the high street. Meanwhile, PhoneShop Sutton gets an unexpected visit from the biggest prankster around, who energizes the crew as they gear up for an exciting night out.
