Cousin Itt feels let down after missing out on the role of Hamlet at the theater. To cheer him up, Gomez retrieves an old play he penned, casting Itt as the main character and bringing in a director. However, the director turns him down, claiming Itt's voice is unintelligible. Morticia steps in, encouraging Itt to speak more slowly and lower his tone. While Itt’s voice improves, it also alters his demeanor in unexpected ways.
