The crew travels to Southern California to construct a massive 35-foot marquee tank for Valley View Casino, racing against the clock. After completing that challenge, they return to Las Vegas to tackle a chilly jellyfish tank for the Monte Carlo's Minus 5 Ice Bar, where the temperatures are well below freezing.
