In 2030, amidst global turmoil, Jim finds solace in sharing his passion for baseball and cherishes his bond with his daughter. However, he soon discovers that the state of baseball is bleaker than he realized. To complicate matters, his daughter reveals she’s planning to move to New York for college, leaving Jim to grapple with both the sport's decline and the impending distance from his beloved child.
