Lee assists Mitchee in getting ready for a company party by giving her a stylish new dress and a fresh hairstyle. Initially, Mitchee feels frustrated about the changes, but she eventually starts to embrace her new appearance. On another front, Alan isn't fond of Farrah's current boyfriend, and his meddling only leads her to choose an even less favored date.
