In 1986, a farmer in Wisconsin stumbles upon a shocking sight in his chicken coop warehouse—thousands of lifeless birds scattered throughout, with pools of blood surrounding each cage. In a panic, he rushes to grab the phone for help, but suddenly finds himself collapsing on the ground, black papules emerging around his lymph nodes.
