Episode Overview

During the yearly fitness assessment, Gary struggles significantly. His physical trainer, Corporal Fox, is brutally honest about Gary's poor condition, leaving him feeling embarrassed and eager to redeem himself in front of his friends. In a bid to prove himself, Gary dares Fox to a race, knowing a demotion awaits him if he fails. With Jacko, Charlie, and new recruit Mickey by his side, Gary confronts a painful reality and opens up to his dad and Julie. But will his honesty come too late to secure a victory in the race and save his job?
