In "A New Position for Roz," Roz faces the challenge of mentoring Noel, who proves to be a painfully inept choice for Frasier's new producer, as she readies herself to depart from KACL. As she trains him, Roz can't shake her growing sadness about leaving Frasier behind. Her feelings are further complicated when she discovers Frasier is dating Julia, leaving her feeling uneasy and defensive about the changes in their relationship.
