Episode Overview

As the Konoha teams prepare to return home, Sasuke reflects on a moment when he witnessed Itachi in tears following the Uchiha massacre. He realizes he cannot restore the Uchiha clan in the way Itachi had hoped. Meanwhile, Madara, pleased to have Sasuke on his side, assigns Taka the mission to capture the Eight-Tails while Akatsuki focuses on the remaining two. Taka tracks down Killer Bee in the Land of Lightning and engages him in combat. Bee quickly gains the upper hand against Jugo and Suigetsu, prompting Sasuke to step in for a one-on-one fight.
