For the first time, gunshots echo near Colditz. Lieutenant Colonel Dodd is bedridden with the flu, leaving Phil Carrington to step in as the senior American officer. Alongside Colonel Preston, he faces a pressing crisis: the Germans intend to relocate prominent prisoners from Colditz. Meanwhile, the kommandant receives troubling news as the SS begins to show interest in the castle.
