Episode Overview
As Christine and Peter revel in their blossoming romance, they face an unexpected threat from the Cabot family's merciless financier, Charles Cabot, who attempts to take over the hotel. The couple leans on each other for strength as the conflict escalates. Charles uncovers damaging information about Peter and collaborates with Jessica Cabot to legally challenge Mrs. Cabot's will, jeopardizing Peter's job and home. Meanwhile, Alan, a successful architect reeling from a painful divorce, becomes infatuated with Michelle, an alluring escort. Despite her attempts to push him away, Alan follows her home, only to learn she has a child. Heartbroken, Michelle decides to leave town for a fresh start. Discovering her absence, Alan embarks on a quest to find her. Meanwhile, Julie, eager to assist Christine, faces competition from the ambitious Megan.
