Big Bird is constructing an impressive castle out of blocks when it unexpectedly collapses. Assuming Snuffy is to blame, Big Bird refuses to hear his side of the story. With the help of Alan and Nina, both friends discover the importance of expressing their feelings, actively listening to one another, and offering sincere apologies to mend their friendship.
