Nina is measuring Elmo and Rosita’s height with a smiley face growth chart. Big Bird is eager to find out his height as well, but Nina has run out of smiley faces. They brainstorm other ways to measure their tall friend, but nothing seems right. Then, a great idea hits them: why not create their own smiley faces? This new approach works perfectly! Thanks to their persistence, all their friends—including Big Bird—can finally be measured.
